The event will take place at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City - home of the Colorado Rapids.

North of downtown Denver, the 1.4 mile course features an 8-corner circuit that begins and ends at E 59th Street and Valentia Street, at the south end of the stadium.

Dick's Sporting Goods Park is located 19 miles from the Denver International Airport and 10 miles from The Colorado Convention Center. Team Qualifying Event p/b Wahoo Fitness

Ahead of the NCL Cup Denver race, we will host our live qualifying event. Thanks to innovative technology from NCL partner Wahoo Fitness, teams will compete in heats on a virtual Wahoo RGT course via KICKR Smart Trainer stationary bikes, with their avatars displayed in real time on the big screen behind them. The results will determine their respective team starting positions the following day in the NCL Cup Denver on Sunday, August 13.

The NCL Cup Denver team qualifier will take place on Saturday August 12 at 5pm at Woods Boss Brewing Company. Event partner, Woods Boss, is an award-winning brewery located in the heart of Downtown Denver, that believes in growing and thriving with the community.

The event is free and will offer fun for the whole family, complete with a taco truck, craft beer and exhilarating virtual race action.

PARKING: Street parking is available, as well as paid parking ($5/all day) in the Global Pacific Parking Lot; Corner of 22nd and California Street.

LIGHT RAIL: We recommend using the Denver Light Rail. The location is nearby the Light Rail Station on 18th & California or 20th & Welton.

BIKE PARKING: Available onsite.

DRINKS & EATS: With craft beer, hard seltzers and non-alcoholic beverages, Woods Boss Brewing has something for everyone. Satisfy your pre-race or post-qualifier cravings with a drink in hand and a dish from their onsite food truck offering, Cazuelas Tacos (@cazuelastacos). Food truck will be parked on 22nd Street and serving food from 2:00pm-8:00pm.

What Are The Race Rules?

Will The Event Be Canceled If It Rains?

No. The races will be held rain or shine unless severe weather conditions occur.

Do I Have To Pay For Tickets?

General admission is FREE and open to the public with designated VIP areas that require tickets or credentials for access. VIP tickets are limited and can be purchased here.

Can I Bring My Pet?

Bringing pets to the event is not encouraged because of the risk it poses to the riders and the animal. Dick's Sporting Goods Park welcomes service dogs utilized by Guests with disabilities. Service dogs must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered at all times.

Where Is The Best Place To Watch The Event?

Most people try to gather at the finish line, which will be the most crowded area of the course. The turns around the course are also exciting places to view the action, especially the final turn, as riders position themselves for the sprint.

VIP Hospitality guests will have access to an exclusive premium space near the start/finish line, however all guests will access to live video feeds of the race.

Will The Race Be Broadcast?

Yes. The race will be streamed live by our exclusive broadcast partner, GCN+.

Will Food And Beverages Be Available At The Event?

Yes. There will be food and beverage vendors, as well as other unique all-inclusive VIP experiences.

How Can I Participate In The Race?

The NCL Cup Series features professional men and women racers, including World, National, and Olympic Champions. There are other events that give the general public (children included) an experience to ride the race course prior to the professional races. For more details, please see the schedule of events.
